Our Group's history began with the foundation of several companies:

• Compania GHT - begun its activity in 1994 in the commercial field, and made retail and wholesale business on the fuel market through its own gas stations, built and located in three of the major districts of the city and one in Turda. For 4 years, these gas stations have been designed as a network, ready to meet the market needs, and become a popular brand due to the professionalism and fairness in treating its partners. In 2002 this business was sold to an important multinational company and the field of activity was reconsidered towards the real estate investments.
• Eurocontact - a company set-up in 1994, acts as an investor on the real estate market since 2002. This company is known for three important completed projects, one in 2003 and the other one in December 2004.
• Proiect EuroTrend ® - set-up in 1991 is still active as a real estate investor, this company can be considered the founding father of the project Cluj City Center.

The companies from the EuroTrend group deal with both financial investments for the real estate market and with financial management but also commercial.
